| Share Your Interest in Joining Our Team | Declare your intent as soon as possible, by emailing questions@pfc.us, or calling the Executive Director. Download the application, Complete it, and Submit the Application. | As soon as possible. |
| Purchase, Receive, and Complete Preliminary Readings for the Application | The books will take about 2 weeks to read thoroughly; you must answer questions related to the book in the Application. Submit the answers with the Application as directed. | No later than May 17th, 2009. |
| Counselor Application Submitted | The entire application can take up to two weeks, but keep in mind, we also request references to be completed and submitted. In addition, a book response paper must be completed as part of the application. Submit your CTP Fee with your application; it will be refunded to you if your application is not accepted. | No later than May 17th, 2009. |
| Scheduled Interviews in Philadelphia | Between May 18th-May 28th, 2009. We will contact you once we receive your application. Each interview can last between one-to-two hours, and will involve at least two people. | Between May 17th-May 28th, 2009. |
| Decision for Staffing | We will contact you via telephone, with any necessary details to follow. | No later than May 28, 2009 (Thursday). |
